AP Literature
Explore literary elements such as a work’s structure, style and themes, as well as the use of figurative language, imagery, symbolism and tone. Develop your writing skills as you express your ideas and analysis in expository, analytical, and argumentative essays.
Each AP student will be required to read 4 books this summer. They will need to read "The Poisonwood Bible", "How to Read Literature Like a Professor", and you also must choose 2 additional books from the list provided. For each of the books you will need to complete an AP Major Data Sheet. If you have any questions please feel free to email Mrs. Yance.
